Saturday, May 17, 2014. One of my biggest pet peeves is people who claim they have OCD because they really like to have things organized, check things multiple times, or don't like germs. They say something like "I'm OCD" (which, by the way, doesn't make sense. That's saying "I'm obsessive compulsive disorder" - what? While laughing. I've witnessed this happen a lot. I have severe OCD. I have for as long as I can remember (at least since I was 4) and it's always been something I've been embarrassed about.

Monday, May 14, 2012. Evelyn's umbilical cord fell off early this morning, so we gave her her first bath this afternoon before Matt went to work. She screamed for about half of it, but the other half she was pretty calm! My itty-bitty baby in her currently huge tub. Showin' off those lungs! She HATED having her hair washed more than anything. Monday, July 11, 2011. Preheat oven at 450degrees. 1lb of ground beef. 190; C oatmeal. 189; tsp oregano. 2 T parsley or 1 T crushed parsley. Pinch of onion powder. Wisk together eggs, oregano, parsley, milk, salt, pepper, onion, and oatmeal. Using your hands or a spoon combine meat with mixture. 1 TB mustard powder [we didn't have mustard powder so I used spicy brown mustard and it turned out great]. 1½ TB brown sugar. Meatloaf cupcakes [seriously SO easy and only takes like 30minutes total] and chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon. The whole family loved it, even Emmie! I was quite surprised when she dug into her meatloaf cupcake, took a bite and exclaimed "MMMMM! Haha Anyways, just wanted to share my pretty pictures LOL. Mr and Mrs. Fisher. SO Stinking. Cute. We've been debating getting baskets for Emmie's toys and books since she's learning how to pick up. I'm glad I found these! Not only are they cute, but I couldn't pass up $1/basket when we had been looking at ones at Target that were $6.99[on sale.] per basket. Definitely found myself a bargain here! Sorry for the crappy pics, I only had my phone on me.

I have no complaints. I'm so grateful for Matt's great job and that he is able to provide for our family. His busy season was less stressful than we anticipated and he had a great team to work with, yet by the end it really started to take its toll on both of us. His team had finished!
