Matt has a great deal of recording studio experience, producing music in the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music’s professional recording studio using ProTools, and in his home studio using Logic Pro, and has an extensive network of university level and professional musicians available for recording.

Matt Westwood began learning violin at Brighton Grammar School where he excelled as a soloist and orchestral violinist. Learning from John Quaine, he completed his A.Mus.A diploma at age 16 and upon completing Year 12 was accepted into The University of Melbourne’s Conservatorium of Music to study violin, where he studied under Işın Çakmakçıoğlu for a year.

I came up with this after strumming out the chord progression, and learning out to put my violin down an octave. Col legno ed elettroniche.
