Thursday, July 8, 2010. Of course we had to head to Idaho Falls for the Fourth because no other state knows how to party like we do! If your not from If, just so you know IF has the second largest firework show in the country. Bigger then LA NY and D.C! Pennsylvania has the largest, but for a smaller town, our fireworks are amazing! I don't care what the movie critiques thought, it was awesome! It's definitely a must see, even if its just adults going! Mason fell asleep half way through!

Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Okay I came across this background and I had to have it in celebration of Eclipse coming out on the 30th! I did read all the books, gone to all of the premiers, and own both on DVD, so I guess you can call me a Twilight fan! Monday, July 18, 2011. Anyways I thought I would fill you in on what the Davis clan has been up to. Not much just doing the average summer activities. We took Mason to Hill Air Force Base to look at the planes and he loved it! Paxton at the swimming pool! Mason made Parker a trophy that said #1 Dad on it for Father's day. Pax at 3 months. Playing outside in the water. He was sliding into a pool. I keep saying, this is what summer looks like! Our family on the 4th waiting for the parade.

I love seeing before and after pictures of projects that other people take on, so I thought I would share our most recent project. This is a dresser that we found at a yard sale on Saturday. It is ugly, but not worthless. The gold handles are the worst part. But it was solid oak, it wasn't missing any drawers, and it had potential. Oh and it was $15.00. So we bought it. And painted it black.

We started school today. 7, 4, and 2. carter ended up barfing so he is home but what a way to start the school year off with a bang. and yes i have a kid in junior high. ahhhhh im old. A-.
