Three Stories High: Three Stories High
http://joeveryday19.blogspot.com/2015/08/three-stories-high.html
I make something everyday. Wednesday, 12 August 2015. We live in a three story house, it keeps me fit and names my blog! Today I am giving you a peek into our other two three story houses. My Uncle made the first house for Big Sis when she was one and she has collected things for it ever since. Spending her birthday money on little plates and cups, pictures and flowers. Yesterday they decided to do a spring clean and take everything out and give it a dust; playing with a dry paintbrush and sweeping the c...

Three Stories High: Fashion Aran Cardigan
http://joeveryday19.blogspot.com/2015/07/minerva-24th-july-friday.html
I make something everyday. Friday, 24 July 2015. I have to level with you, I am not living in a parallel time zone where there are endless knitting minutes. I did actually finish this cardigan two weeks ago but my Minerva post is scheduled for today in case you wondered how I managed two knitting posts back to back! So it is July the peek of summer but us knitters know this is the time to finish off those winter WIP's in time to wear next season. This yarn is from Minerva Crafts. Are you a blocker? Im su...

Three Stories High: Psst! pass it on
http://joeveryday19.blogspot.com/2015/08/psst-pass-it-on.html
I make something everyday. Monday, 10 August 2015. I lured the children to the park at the weekend but secretly I knew there was an antique/junk/vintage. Shop next to it so I could squeeze in a little look around. I saw these little bits of old linen for 50p each. I had an instant idea as soon as I saw them. The green one looks like it has been cut out of a table cloth. I also bought a ceramic rolling pin that will make you swoon and a 'billi' can for making hot chocolate at the cabin. I can applique all...

A colourful life: June 2015
https://christinascolourfullive.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, 29 June 2015. Anyway, I really wanted to write about my latest sewing adventure. I bought a really nice jersey fabric for a summer dress. I have never sewn with knit fabrics and was a little apprehensive. To practice, I bought some cheap bright green light weight t-shirt jersey to have a go and maybe even end up with something wearable. I used a tried and trusted pattern, the Sailor Top by Fancy Tiger Crafts. Which I have used before here. But a little less natural. To sum my experience with jerse...

A colourful life: July 2015
https://christinascolourfullive.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, 26 July 2015. A psychedelic summer dress. I finished my psychedelic summer dress before we went on holiday and chances are that I am wearing it as you read this. Scheduling is great! I am now enjoying the hot sun in Cornwall. Or I might be huddled up in the caravan, woolly socks and all. The guess is yours. I found the pattern via the Curvy Sewing Collective. Where curvy women review a great many patterns. The pattern is The Lady Skater Dress. Here is the top stitched neckband on the outside.

Monday, June 29, 2015. Depression is a Killer. I'm very sad to hear this. Unfortunately, I understand how she must have been feeling and how this could happen. It's not a mystery to me at all. Depression, and most especially depression when you are a hyper-sensitive person, can be a killer. I'm thankful I have had some one. Who loves me and is able to pull me out of those dark times. Http:/ www.acreativebeing.com/. She made me these knitted gloves back in January of 2013. I still love them. This will car...

http://gratefulcrochet.blogspot.com/2012/08/oh-hi-its-been-while-and-i-have-been.html
Wednesday, 29 August 2012. It's been a while, and I have been sent to the naughty corner by myself for being a bad bad blogger. But you know, sometimes life gets in the way of blogging. Anyhoo, todays post is all about getting back to the roots of the name of this blog, and being grateful. Today I am super grateful that I was lucky enough to win this adorably awesome toadstool from the lovely Lori at Hippywitch crafts. In the meantime, I hope you are all well and happy and enjoying life. Glad you are bac...

pieceful: Hanging with the Dogs
http://pieceful-lynne.blogspot.com/2015/07/hanging-with-dogs.html
Saturday, July 25, 2015. Hanging with the Dogs. The Dog Days of Summer. It's wall hanging size 30 x 37, and the free pattern is from prettylittlequilts blog. I used some of my American Made fat quarters and added a few Kaffe Fasset shot cottons. I love the backing fabric. It's a Moda (? Bird panel that I've had for years but never found a use for it. It shares a lot of similar colors with the house blocks. And people, trimming these babies just got a whole lot easier. Wish I 'd bought one long ago. I lik...

TACIStudio: March 2015
http://tacistudio.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 6, 2015. Hi there dear friends. Can you believe that march is already upon us? I have been working hard and getting things ready for my husband's "special birthday" this month. Spring break will be here soon and although we don't have big plans we may scape and go to the beach for a couple of days . bliss. I have been working on the washcloths for my daughter, but my favorite project right now is my shawlette and a new KAL shawl I'm hoping to start this weekend. I have been visiting Lori.
