Just another WordPress.com site. Holiday from running… →. February 18, 2011. Oh my gosh, I’m glad it’s Friday. My workout wasn’t too bad. Well, let me rephrase that…I hated it. I took my friend MB’s advice and slowed down my running. She reminded me, it’s about endurance…not speed. My knee gave me a little trouble during the beginning, but it behaved for the rest of it. This blog is my therapy for dealing with the trauma of leaving my deliciously comfortable bed rediculously early to run. Run!
