Running for my life. I'm using this blog to keep me on track with my fitness goals and to comment on training, races, and cheering on all the other racers in my family. Monday, February 8, 2016. We completed a review sheet that the Peer Helper created and then we worked on Pg 112 # 8, 9, 10. Students are to finish these for homework. Wednesday, Jan 11th. January 11, 2017. Homework Pg 111 #6(a). Tuesday, Jan 10th. January 10, 2017. We completed a quiz on Section 2.4 and 2.5 today. Monday, Jan 9th. January 9, 2017.

Counting Calories
Friday, February 08, 2008. I fit in all my old jeans. Yes, all of them, though some are a little on the snug side. My belt is on hole 6 instead of hole 2. I have a collar and hip bones! Still gyming, still running once a week and this weekend, my first pilates class. Thursday, January 10, 2008. Start the day on the wrong foot and it spirals. Eat a big lunch or afternoon snacking will take over. Refined carbs make you hungry - white bread, popcorn, chocolate, fizzy drinks are banned. Tuesday, June 12, 2007.
