I've always said that when someone is ready to lose weight, they will. I have had an ongoing battle with my weight since childhood. The constant yo-yo dieting would yield results, but only temporary results. On September 23, 2013 I took a pledge to myself - to change my life. This is my pledge to care about myself in a way that I have never before. This is my pledge to make a lifestyle change in the way that I eat and exercise.
