I woke up feeling motivated and chuffed over my choices that I made yesterday, and staying right on track. I even celebrated it with a jarrah hot chocolate made on skim before I went to sleep. So This program is quite similar to 12WBT. However it gives you a program to use for the tracker, and it is more flexible.
