This is the perfect recipe for summer tomatoes and fresh basil. It smells so good cooking that you'll want to pluck it out of the oven and devour it before it is done cooking. Fresh or Frozen deep pie crust (Pillsbury fresh pie crust is best). 3-4 medium-sized Fresh Summer Tomatoes (beefsteak is best). 3-6 T Fresh grated parmesan cheese. Dash of italian seasoning. 10 or so large fresh basil leaves (more if smaller). 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1/2 chopped white or vidalia onion.
