Thursday, May 15, 2014. Italian Salami Roll Ups. I like to make the spread a couple of days before I need it, and refrigerate. That gives the flavors time to blend nicely. Assemble these the night before and refrigerate. They'll hold together nicely when cut. 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature. 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil. 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/8 tsp anchovy paste (optional). 1/2 lb salami, sliced 1/4" thick. Handful fresh spinach, clean and dry.

Sunday, May 25, 2014. I made this sort of by accident and it turned out great. I didn't know what to call it, but the ladies at my home church said it's stromboli.so, here ya go. I found this bread recipe. And added herbs. My mixing method is different, in that I don't make a yeast sponge or knead by hand. Leave the herbs out of the bread and you'll have regular french bread. 8 oz cream cheese. 1 (14 oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes. 1 Tbsp dried onions. 2 Tbsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning.
