In and Out of Season. A reflective journey towards a life of praise. May 05, 2008. I'm sad that we didn't have time for deeper conversation, but both less than 24 hours and so many friends to see prevented it from happening. But I felt gratitude to be with him, and I told him I wished for more time. The last 30-40 minutes at tcc (one of my favourite places in Singapore! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Saturday, August 26, 2006. Back in the saddle. I've also started editing Wikipedia. In my not-so-free time. It's fun, even if certain critics. Think it's a waste of brain power, or perhaps lack thereof. You might enjoy it too. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm God's. What else can I say? View my complete profile. Back in the saddle.

Campfires and Bridges: April 2006
http://angolareeses.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 05, 2006. Where is God in African politics? The word that comes to mind when I think of African politics is "broken." It's like trying to run a high-end server on Windows 95. What is God doing in the middle of all this? How does He work in the midst of such chaos and corruption? Here's what one African head of state. President Olusegun Obasanjo said at the weekend he remains undecided if he should seek a third term as president and would let God decide for him. Would get along just fine.

Campfires and Bridges: Quite a Weekend
http://angolareeses.blogspot.com/2008/05/quite-weekend.html
Monday, May 12, 2008. We also got a few minutes with our mission team, Sam Shewmaker (missionary to Rwanda), and Alan and Rachel Howell (missionaries to Mozambique). We would have loved to spend more time with all of them, but alas, we do what we can. We also got a chance to see several friends, such as the Bontragers and the Ritchies, which was awesome.
