3D Animation: March 2010
http://mae3danimation.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Friday, 26 March 2010. For the eyes, i created this pupil using illustrator and saved it as a jpeg. I then use it as a material on the modifier and applied it to the eyes of my model. I rotated the eye balls to fit the pupils in the right places. I found this quite easy to make and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Friday, 19 March 2010. After attaching the hand, the colours had to change due to the fact that the skin colour should all match. Friday, 12 March 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

176; Aesop's Fables °. Sack Model Development - 1. After creating my reference images I began modelling. I started by creating a box which would form the body of the character, I then extruded out the polygons for the limbs and head. I moved the vertices to create the shapes I wanted. The model was kept as simple as possible so that when i came to the skinning stage the task would not be too difficult. Sack Model and Scene Merge. Sack Character development 2. Test Render_1 - 3D Animation

176; Aesop's Fables °. I wanted to produce a render to see how long it would take. This is an initial animation test. Having a skylight in the scene provides a much more natural lighting but dramatically increases render time.

3D Modelling & Animation: Part 2: Animation Problems
http://scoobster17-3dma2.blogspot.com/2010/05/animation-problems.html
3D Modelling and Animation: Part 2. Wednesday, 5 May 2010. As a result of the last problem, I decided to go back to my original models to animate (the ones where the skinning was successful. Now, I thought I could at least get the motions I intended my models to do shown, even if there were no materials used. Upon trying this, now even these models will not work. I tried importing a .BIP file to make the fox walk that is shown a few posts ago, and that completely messed up the files.
