I read it and became very interested in the lemonade diet. So, after much research and reading, I will subject my body to somewhere between 1-10 days of drinking:. 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon). 2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not the commercial maple flavored syrup you use on pancakes).
