Ramblings from the plot. A blog on plants, veg and anything else I can think of! Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. Nurseries and Garden Centres. Plant Of The Week. March 5, 2016. I love my Hellebores, there is such a massive range these days, especially with the great availability of the Harvington Hybrids. A great supplier of these are Twelve Nunns Nursery. Ramblings from the plot. A blog on plants, veg and anything else I can think of! Skip to primary content. Nurseries and Garden Centres. Plant Of The Week. February 27, 2016. I’ve got a new favorite plant, this happens from time to time. I love my plants anyway, and since coming back in to the industry, I now realise how much I don’t know, but plants still excite me. I can’t put my finger on exactly why they do but they do! I didn’t know much about Sempervivum until recently, there is about 40 species in ...

It is almost as if they have a death sentence on their heads as soon as they have been planted. Either death or a life of tedious dullness for eternity. Not a Carrot – Off The Edge Gardening

https://offtheedgegardening.wordpress.com/2015/08/08/not-a-carrot

Off The Edge Gardening. August 8, 2015. First pick a load of rosemary. Beat it into submission with a rolling pin and stuff it into a container of your choice. December 2014 – Off The Edge Gardening

https://offtheedgegardening.wordpress.com/2014/12

Off The Edge Gardening. December 20, 2014. December 20, 2014. Yesterday, after a week of rain and gales, it was a pleasant change to experience some winter sunshine at Lavinia and Lionel’s. The day was especially important as it was one of those milestones that we invent for ourselves but all the same are of consequence; it was my last day of work before Christmas. For the record it turned out to be a very satisfying day. It saw the completion (! As is generally the case Phase Two will follow Phase One &...

Ramblings from the Ranch. You know when you're young you think you will always be. As you become more fragile, you reflect and you realize how much comfort can come from the past." Andy Griffith. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Everyone has one of those moments. A moment that defines your life: “Before Mom died…” “After I found out I had cancer…” Before the house fire…”. It is a moment that splits your life in two. Before…and after. THIS IS SO UNFAIR! WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME DO THIS WITHOUT HIM? It is the single ...
