It turned out that Keath, Erin and Greg were all on the money when I asked about taking a step back. Woot, consensus! 60 mi (96 km) over 8 days of running = 52 mi (84 km) per calendar week. 4 strength and 8 PT sessions. Maybe more hill sprints. 8211; Both felt just super. I added a couple more reps to the hill sprints. Are there certain workouts or other factors that you feel accelerate your progress?
