I'm currently working on the translation of a young adult novel and am a bit stumped by following sentence:. I tried different dictionaries, but couldn't find an explanation so I translated クラップ as "clap", but according to a Japanese friend this is not correct (she corrected my translation, but is currently unavailable, so I can't ask). So then what does it mean? I translated above as: Ah, next is a clap? But can a ghost clap? It's not the time to be worrying about that! Post a new comment.
