Crab and Shrimp Lettuce Cups. 1 large carrot chopped finely. 189; a red onion chopped finely. 189; red cabbage shredded. 1 medium avocado cut into slices. 5-8 sprigs of cilantro chopped finely. 1 head of lettuce. 2 cloves of garlic chopped finely. 12 oz of crab meat. 2 cups shrimp (about 2 dozen shrimp). 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce. 190; teaspoon of ginger. Prep time 20 minutes.

Let everybody know its spring again.and the dresses are SO fabu this season. i have not yet found the grecian dress of my dreams - but still looking. i have picked up one or two so far and suprisingly they have all been strapless. i say surprisingly because i hate my underarm fat!
