Dinsdag 17 april 2012. Wat fijn om weer een reisje te kunnen melden! Nou ben ik wel een reis vergeten te vermelden. afgelopen september hebben wij heerlijk vakantie gevierd in Canada. Ralph ging voor het eerst mee naar London (Ontario). Zalig een weekje er tussenuit en met familie genieten. Deze keer veel indianen-cultuur opgesnoven. Onder andere naar een groot eiland in een groot zoetwatermeer geweest waar de indianen-cultuur nog volop aanwezig is. Daar in een cabin genoten! Donderdag 18 november 2010.

Zondag 30 augustus 2009. Eerste middag en avond in Toronto. het is hier super. Eigenlijk heb ik alleen nog een beetje downtown gezien met de eaton mall en de omgeving. Dit is een leuke stad! Vanmiddag uiteraard de CN Tower op geweest! Erg leuk om zo hoog boven een grote stad te kijken naar beneden. Jee zeg, Toronto is echt groot. en groen. Veel parken zo te zien. Alles vandaag lekker te voet gedaan en al veel gezien. Heerlijk om weer zo door een wereldstad te kunnen slenteren. Donderdag 27 augustus 2009.

Maandag 25 oktober 2010. Het is lekker warm! Een beetje wennen aan onze nieuwe tijd, warmte en . vakantie! Heerlijk is het hier. We zijn er net een dagje en hebben al het idee dat we hier al een paar dagen zijn. Voordat we in onze camper kruipen hebben we nog even wat van de Australische cultuur en geschiedenis opgesnoven in het Western Australian Museum en The Perth Mint (vannacht gaan we het goud daar uit de kluis halen. guess what: dan gaan we op wereldreis). Dinsdag 1 september 2009. Het is heerlijk in Toronto! Inmiddels 2 1/2 dag hier en het weer wordt steeds beter! Heerlijk zonnetje en lekker warm, niet te heet. Al heel erg veel gezien. volgens mij inmiddels alle leuke wijken doorgewandeld, zelfs bij the Beaches. Even op het strand van Toronto. Heerlijke plek. Een vakantie in een vakantie in een vakantie ; ). Straks ga ik naar de musical " The sound of Music". Had ik in Nederland niet gezien dus nu hier in de engelse versie erg leuk!

Holland also has a lot of flowers, the tulips are my favorite! I went a morning to a Dutch school, the teacher was my aunt Wendy! I loved the playground! List Family in London Canada and Seattle. Sunday, January 10, 2010. Winter weekend Boler Mountain. On Sunday the kids had a blast on the mountain. Especially after the brutal morning cold disappeared and the hotties in their shoes started to work, they couldn't stop skiing! Eline waits for her ski-group to form, and yes: two of her friends in the same class! And I overcame my fear of heights! On our way to the chairlift, with Robert and Eline. Winter weekend: Lake Huron. It was very impressive!

List Family in London Canada and Seattle. Thursday, December 31, 2009. Holiday season # 11 Toronto. After Christmas we spent a couple of days in Toronto, we love this city! We started of with a favorite, the Ontario Science Museum. The next day was freezing cold, -16 (with windchill -24), but we made a great walk through Chinatown. We ended up in the Ontario Art Gallery where we enjoyed the contemporary art, the Frans Hals paintings and the kids hands-on area. Yes, Public Transport! And on the CN tower!
