The last few months for me, in terms of working toward getting healthier, have been a real roller coaster. I went from losing almost 10 pounds on Nutrisystem (the only diet system in the known universe that I have not tried to this point in my life) to gaining it all back to working out daily for seven straight days. I’m the 43-year old wife of a teacher/coach and mom of a 22 year old (almost) college graduate, who I lovingly refer to as the source of the baby weight ringing my midsection.
