http://emmalg.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
My Thoughts to Share. Saturday, August 30, 2014. Summer is Winding Down. Monday it was back to reality. No more vacation. First thing after breakfast we went to the middle school and registered David! How did he get to be old enough for middle school? Tuesday the boys had piano and I had Pilates. After Pilates I dropped off David at Kyle's for most of the day. Unfortunately Melanie fell asleep on the way back, and it was only 10:30 am! Amy didn't want to be in the picture. And canned some tomatoes. He te...

My Thoughts to Share. Sunday, March 29, 2015. Merit Badge Round Up, the Ballet and Busy Sunday! And there was no way she was going on stage to meet the ballerinas before the show. They enjoyed the show although it was rather long. They still went out to Dairy Queen afterward for a little treat. She was exhausted when they finally got home. Thursday, March 26, 2015. Weekly Update, Nothing Too Exciting. I guess he didn't learn anything after all! Friday was normal as far as I remember. No piano lessons...

My Thoughts to Share. Monday, August 10, 2015. Before our trip to the city on Monday I was out in the garden, probably not for too long. However I did take some pictures of the cantaloupe and honeydew melon I found. The corn was tasseling as well. There's our lone sunflower I allowed to grow. The signs says "The Cake Lady Is 80". Carol is well known for her cake making skills. They sat her in her "throne" and gave her a "crown". She didn't want to give him up, even when he cried. Friday was Timothy's per...

My Thoughts to Share: July 2014
http://emmalg.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
My Thoughts to Share. Sunday, July 27, 2014. Melanie is 21 months! Friday the 18th Melanie turned 21 months. I'm not sure how much she has changed, but here are a few things I thought of. She know when she makes a joke. If you say "that's funny" she does a fake "hahaha" laugh.A funny story. Sunday morning after Phillip and Julianna watched the kids, Melanie woke upa nd the first thing she said was "uhuh baby, uhuh mommy." Roughly translated: "Where is baby and mommy? She loves to eat peanut butter. S...

My Thoughts to Share: Climbing Mt Adams
http://emmalg.blogspot.com/2015/08/climbing-mt-adams.html
My Thoughts to Share. Wednesday, August 12, 2015. I stayed up a little late watching a movie and working on my cross stitch. Did I mention I got another birth record cross stitch? I have to keep up the tradition. I had forgotten how much I enjoy doing them, even when I make major mistakes, and have to unpick an hours worth of work. Saturday morning I received a text from Aaron saying they were off to conquer the mountain. They took a picture before they headed up. My lilies finally bloomed! Cutest blog o...

My Thoughts to Share: Family Time
http://emmalg.blogspot.com/2015/08/family-time.html
My Thoughts to Share. Thursday, August 13, 2015. Monday morning I did some grocery shopping. I can't recall if I had the kids with me or not. I want to say I made them stay home and get some chores done before our guests arrived. After I got back we took care of some last minute things before my parents and Eva arrived. They brought a surprise with them - Hali! Saying goodbye to them pushed dinner back a little, so we had a late dinner, but it was delicious! Kristy and I took pictures out in front of her...

My Thoughts to Share: Independence Day 2015
http://emmalg.blogspot.com/2015/08/independence-day-2015.html
My Thoughts to Share. Saturday, August 8, 2015. July 4th was a Saturday. We did crepes for breakfast since we are still without a waffle maker. Timothy asked me take a picture of his:. We sat with people from the clinic as we usually do. Dr. I* and her family were about a block further, so I walked Melanie over to say hi to Mia (her swim teacher). Melanie didn't recognize her without her swimsuit and sunglasses on. Eventually the fire truck moved, and the crowd thinned out. Melanie liked the horses.

My Thoughts to Share. Monday, July 20, 2015. Dentist, Blueberries, and Temple. Can you tell Amy was in tears? We picked just under 60 lbs. I was glad we had enough so I didn't have to go back again. That evening I picked our first ripe tomato - an early girl. We got to the temple with a few minutes to spare. Just as we walked in Aaron got a phone call. He stepped outside to take the call, and I waited in the lobby. The sister at the door and I chatted for a bit. I said something about the...I don't recal...
