taylortown: January 2010
http://park-taylortown.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 24, 2010. Two milestones happened this semester in Honors Algebra 2. 1) All 32 of my students passed the EOC (making a level 3 or 4) - actually, all of them made an A or B on it. 2) One of them scored a 100 on it with a scale score 176 out of 178. This is the first time we have had all of our honors students pass and each honors teacher had at least one student make a 100 on the exam. Yea! Now for another challenge. working with the regular students to try to do the same thing.

It’s hard to picture her with another family when I’ve been affectionately thinking of her as “my little girl.”. What a blessing from the Lord! It’s amazing how he uses everyday things arou...

From The Chaplain's Wife. By: Steven Curtis Chapman. If I could only fly. I'd go up and look down from the sky. So I could see the bigger picture. And Lord if I could sit with You. At Your feet for an hour or two. I'm sure I'd ask too many questions. Cause there's so much going on down here. But I have prayed.

From The Chaplain's Wife. For the Sake of the Call. By: Steven Curtis Chapman. Nobody stood and applauded them. So they knew from the start. This road would not lead to fame. All they really knew for sure was Jesus had called to them. He said "Come follow me" and they came. With reckless abandon they came.
