January in Photos | the meadows family
https://themeadowsfamily.wordpress.com/2014/03/11/january-in-photos-2
March 11, 2014. I’m a bit behind on sharing our monthly photos. I’m really not sure where the time has gone. January 1st seems like it happened many months ago. We started the New Year with a little swimming. And spent lots of time outside enjoying the great weather. Daniel taught the boys how to. How should I say it. Noises with their underarms. They loved it, of course. We started meeting again with our homeschool group once a week. It’s been nice to reconnect with friends. Day to Day: Laundry. Disempo...
A Family First | the meadows family

May 26, 2014. We became parents over 12 1/2 years ago and yesterday our family had it’s first broken bone (well, technically two bones) – and in a developing country, no less. I know this is common for many families and we are thankful that, up until now, we have been spared this injury. For those that are curious how it happened and also how we are doing now, I thought I’d write down the story and also give a little update. When he arrived, he checked out Jaxon and then went to arrange things with the O...

February in Photos | the meadows family
https://themeadowsfamily.wordpress.com/2014/03/16/february-in-photos-2
March 16, 2014. We started the month of February with a visit from my parents. We spent lots of time at home – playing and catching up – and also showed them around town and took them to some of our favorite places. We had a great time and really enjoyed seeing them. I love these pictures of my dad and Cason (who is chewing sugar cane). After my parents left, we enjoyed some queso, which we hadn’t had in many,. And then right after that we jumped on the juicing bandwagon. Yup He needed help alright.

More than anything, we ask you to pray. Pray for the people of Haiti. Pray for people that are serving the Lord in Haiti. Pray for God’s Kingdom to come here in Haiti. Here is how you can pray for us while we are here:. Direction and Guidance –. That the Lord would guide us and lead us as we seek to serve Him in Haiti. 8211; we hope to grow in our knowledge and understanding of God through our time here. 8211; we hope to build meaningful relationships with Haitians and fellow expats. Delighting In Grace: February 2012
http://delightingingrace.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 23, 2012. I know some of you are waiting for a recap of my time in Haiti (and for me to finally find time to post pictures on Facebook), and hopefully that post will. Get written (and pictures uploaded) at some point in the nearish future. Right now, though, how about an update on where things stand school-wise. How 'bout one picture to tide you over? Baby Raphael with big brother Emmanuel. Remember when I wrote about my decision. Is working out the plans for my life. He. Have to figur...

Delighting In Grace: season by season
http://delightingingrace.blogspot.com/2013/10/season-by-season.html
Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Great is thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me. Morning by morning I wake up to find. The power and comfort of God’s hand in mine. Season by season I watch Him, amazed. In awe of the mystery of His perfect ways. All I have need of, His hand will provide. He’s always been faithful to me. Thankfully ( oh so thankfully. The "not so great days" have been much fewer and farther between than I'd feared. That's often true, I guess, that anticipation is worse than reality. In other happy news.

She sinks to the ground, resting her head on the low couch on the maternity center porch. "Mwen pa ka fè sa anko! I can't do this anymore. She comes to the maternity center for a pregnancy test. Positive. "Is this your first baby? We ask. Yes. Are you happy? No answer is needed; she is glowing with excitement and joy. When did the bleeding start? Have you felt the baby move? I'm on my way!

Delighting In Grace: January 2013
http://delightingingrace.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 14, 2013. Lessons from Christmas break. When we first arrived in Port au Prince, we were asked by several different people what we planned to do during our time in Haiti. Though we both had Haiti-related answers, such as spend time at Heartline and Notre Maison (me), work at Real Hope for Haiti (Paul), and donate blood (both of us), we also each stated that we wanted to rest; we needed. Way (Right. Because that's always super effective.). To an extent, I suppose I succeeded - but only on ...

Saturday, March 23, 2013. You were reaching through the storm. Walking on the water. Even when I could not see. In the middle of it all. When I thought You were a thousand miles away. Not for a moment did You forsake me. Not for a moment did You forsake me. After all You are constant. After all You are only good. After all You are sovereign. Not for a moment will You forsake me. Not for a moment will You forsake me. You were singing in the dark. Even when I could not hear. I was held in Your arms. Know, ...

Friday, May 31, 2013. UPDATED my summer in Haiti (and how you can help). With Alex and Guernise. Y'all, I am seriously overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity I've seen over the past few weeks in response to this post. Family, friends, coworkers, Starbucks customers, even people I barely know have given so generously. Thank you. A million trillion times, thank you. Your prayers and gifts encourage me more than I can say. Again, I am so thankful for the support each of you has shown. I am blessed. Trip ...

Mom and Dad's Blog. Created: Friday, 06 February 2015 22:19. Last Updated: Friday, 06 February 2015 22:19. Written by Jeff Meadows. Well, the day started at 2:30 am for all of us but it ended in Maui so it is pretty hard to complain. Once we got unloaded and fed everyone some supper it was time for a short walk on the beach after sunset. The winds wer from the west so there was some pretty good sized surf to watch and listen to. Tomorrow will be a great day but now we must sleep! 2015 The Meadows Family.
John Meadows & Family
John Meadows MY FAMILY, MY LIFE, MY WORLD. I was born and raised in Gloucester, England. It's where I went to school but I now live in Evesham. A great little town in Worcestershire where everyone seems to grow asparagus, spring onions and plums! Welcome to my World. I dedicate this website to my family and friends who have seen it change so many times it is now unrecognisable from the very first page created nearly 9 years ago!
Meadows Family Home
Welcome to our home on the web! This web site, much like a family portrait on a wall in a home, is designed to tell a story. That story is of the Meadows family. The story of this branch of the Meadows Family Tree started in 1996 when one of the last male Meadows of Manchester, GA met a lovely young lady in Cochran, GA while attending Middle Georgia College. One thing lead to another, and many years later here we are. Site designed by Christopher Meadows. Use the 'Contact Us' option for more information.
