The carp fishery is set in around nine acres of former gravel-pit and is surrounded by farmland. The banks surrounding the lake have been developed extensively. To imagine erecting your bivvy on your back lawn is something approaching the quality of the banks. The fishing season is May 1st until March 31st. The fishery is closed during April.
