Back from spending an awesome week in Thailand. We covered a lot; went island hopping on a long tail boat. Attended a Muay Thai fight with the locals. Went temple spotting in Chiang Mai and celebrated Magha Bucha at Doi Suthep, trained to be a Mahout at a rescue elephant park, navigated through the canals of Bangkok. Tasting their delicious food, shopped at one of the world’s largest outdoor markets, and explored the urban landscape of high-energy Bangkok with its malls and night life! Find What you seek.

Go Old school in Coney Island. June 3, 2016. August 1, 2016. Had been on our list of “Things to do around NYC” for a while…but convincing our friends to accompany us to an allegedly loud and dirty beach was proving to be quite the task! The Roaming Nurse - Blog
Well, I've just completed my final shift at Shannon Medical Center, and what can I say? It was the perfect place to start off my travel nursing journey. Everyone was so welcoming, and I've felt like I've been a part of that team for years already, so it comes as no surprise when I say this: I wanted to cry when I left this morning. Last night, they surprised me with a going-away party (complete with one of the most amazing German Chocolate cakes I've ever had). Back in the groove of things.

A new blog documenting our journey to becoming long-term travellers; our past trips; and a lot of new adventures in between! Some Things Never Change…. September 24, 2016. Of mice and men is one of my favourite novels, especially to teach. I love it for its shock ending, but more than that I love it for its reminder of how far we have come over the past 80 Years. There are many things wrong with society at the moment, and in some ways … More Some Things Never Change…. Some Things Never Change…. Recently ...

20 Western Massachusetts. FFA. 4-H. Bull; 383,657 notes. Bull; 8.14. Bull; 1:22 AM. We blindfolded 15 homophobes and asked them to hit piñatas with a stick. The piñatas were actually deadly Asian giant hornet nests. What happens next will warm your heart. This is disgusting bigotry against Christians at its finest. I love the part where this post never mentioned Christians but you saw the word homophobe and jumped to your own defense anyways. Bull; 636,672 notes. Bull; 8.14. Bull; 12:34 AM. Bull; 8.14.
