About Me | To Boldly Grow

https://toboldlygrow.wordpress.com/about-me

My first foray into the “blog-o-sphere” or whatever it is, was when i left my corporate life to look for that elusive “something more than money”. That Blog “ Quitters Always Prosper”. Documented my transition from all i had ever known as an adult to the unknowable future, unencumbered by a job, or even any idea where i was headed. Flow on from that previous blog. Whether anyone else reads it, at least i will have my own modern-day diary, that wont get ruined in the rain. Me “growing”.

70/30 Rule | To Boldly Grow

https://toboldlygrow.wordpress.com/2012/06/05/7030-rule

Today i bought home the first of hopefully many bags of produce. namely my first planting of lettuce! So we are going back to the plan of making sure 70% of our meals are locally sourced/produced. I think this qualifies. only the strawberries (California) and Corn (i have no idea actually! Were from far afield! Oh and maybe the Olive Oil/mustard in the dressing! A mix of home (well farm) grown Red Russian and Butter lettuce was tossed with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds from Rancho Vignola. You ar...

About the Bold Sewist. July 19, 2013.
