Usually this is said after one of the dogs has had an accident in the house or perhaps started eating their way through an envelope of my "mad money". Just look at those faces though! You can't stay mad long. Oh I will take care of it, I'll clean up after it! So, you can imagine my own surprise the day I asked my husband if we could adopt a rescue horse.
