This is part of the reason why I was so crazily, utterly, wildly ecstatic to be offered free, front row tickets to see Laura Marling at Grace Cathedral the other night. That’s right. That. Grace Cathedral. Not only was I seeing one of the greatest folk artists of our generation, I was ticking one of the city’s greatest landmarks off my Must Visit list at the same time. Friday, October 18, 2013. Halloween in the Dining Room}. A Halloween vignette for our dining room, my daughter had a lot of input on this one. We used a square burlap runner for the base, and layered an old black shawl I had on top of that. Again, we used things we already had and we shopped the house for haunting trinkets.
