My blog will be at http:/ travisliles.blogspot.com/. From now on. I think its easier to remember and the name seems a lot less pretentious. Than this one :). MILE 90: October 2007
http://mile90.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
If you have to ask, you won't understand. Sunday, October 21, 2007. Fall Fell 7 Miler Kill Creek Park. Once again Trail Nerds put on another great race. This was my first trail run since AT 100. It has been 2 weeks since that race and I haven't done a whole lot of training. Gabe and I drove over an hour just to run a 7 mile trail run. If Bad Ben puts on a race its WORTH IT! Wednesday, October 10, 2007. Gotta make 50k in sub-6 hrs. GO! Really hot now. Suck it up, there's some down hill! Doesn't matter....

MILE 90: Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run
http://mile90.blogspot.com/2009/07/western-states-100-mile-endurance-run.html
If you have to ask, you won't understand. Thursday, July 2, 2009. Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run. Robinson Flat 29.7 miles. This was my low point Michigan Bluff, 55.7 miles. Pacer Tony Clark getting ready to run all night. Leaving Foresthill school 62 miles. Adrian waiting for me at Hwy 49 93.5 Miles. There is no point in me giving background information on WS100 as it is the most media-covered ultra event in the US. You climb 18,000 feet you descend 22,000 feet. Enough said. After Robinson Flat I...

OMG, What a Wall That Was! | Run Like A Tiger
https://runlikeatiger.wordpress.com/2009/04/28/omg-what-a-wall-that-was
Run Like A Tiger. Running Memories and Thoughts. 2009 Round Up →. OMG, What a Wall That Was! April 28, 2009. Well, the first marathon of 5 is run and it is arguably the best one. I absolutely love the London Marathon. Although if you had managed to get me to say that at mile 20 it would have been a miracle) and finishing it in a time of 3.58.16. Was impressive indeed. Faster than last year and that was with the mammoth wall scaling I was doing at mile 17. Thank you to Joriel Joz Jiminez. I know about the...

MILE 90: Psycho Wyco 50k 2009
http://mile90.blogspot.com/2009/02/psycho-wyco-50k-2009.html
If you have to ask, you won't understand. Sunday, February 15, 2009. Psycho Wyco 50k 2009. I haven't written a race report in a while, but this year's Psycho race deserves it. Arguably the toughest 50k in the Midwest, Psycho Wyco boasts three 10-mile loops of relentless elevation change, roots, rocks, and soul-sucking mud. Add in veteran ultrarunner volunteers at every well-stocked aid station and a crazy race director, Bad Ben, and you get a one-of-a-kind event. Thank you to all KC Trail Nerds. Availabl...
