almond milk | Veggietude
http://veggietude.com/tag/almond-milk
What’s Inspiring Me? Posts tagged ‘almond milk’. 20 Veggie Challenge-Day 6. This morning after walking Tipi I started on making the almond milk for the Almond Chai. Thankfully, I remembered to soak the almonds overnight in the fridge. Although I don’t think this is 100% necessary. But it does make them easier to blend. The milk turned out quite well. Then I took some of that and made it into a chai to take to my sister. Courtesy of Caroline Marie Dupont). 1 cup raw almonds. Blend for 2 or 3 minutes.

What’s Inspiring Me? By veggietude on June 22, 2015. Some new stuff going on! Friday I am going to The Cleveland Clinic to participate in Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Jr.’s 5 hour Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Program. So looking forward to it. I don’t eat meat, fish etc. but have been eating occasional eggs and I have cheese a couple of times a week maybe…mostly when eating out. However, if I wish to live a long healthy life, these things are out. I also have a brother Will, who has a blog/fb page etc....

What’s Inspiring Me? By veggietude on January 3, 2015. Well, I did try making the cauliflower mash. I was kind of hoping for a mashed potato replacement but I don’t think this is it🙂. It was good, not sure it is yet ready for my ‘most favourite recipes’ book. Larr; Gearing up for the new year! Working on a New Me. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. What’s Inspiring Me? Hi I’m Christine (or as one friend calls me…Sweet Pea). Thanks for checking out my blog! Well let’s start with recently. I was in New York City for a ‘vegan-inspired’ trip with my sister and cousin. We traipsed around the city for four days eating at vegan restaurants, visiting ‘vegan’ stores and eco-stores and had a ball. The trip was my idea and part of this adventure I want to live! Back the boots went. And I feel great about that decision. So basically, this blog is part of my ef...

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites | Veggietude
https://veggietude.wordpress.com/2015/06/23/buffalo-cauliflower-bites
What’s Inspiring Me? By veggietude on June 23, 2015. Made these tonight for my road trip on Thursday to The Cleveland Clinic. This recipe is from Ann and Jane Esselstyn’s Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook. I have made a similar version before but what’s good about this one is no vegan margarine, just oat milk (I used almond milk because I had that on hand). Yum. This from someone who doesn’t like cauliflower :). Larr; Start Me Up. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Post was not...

Veggie Turkeys - turning favorite international recipes vegetarian, one dish at a time
Turning favorite international recipes vegetarian, one dish at a time. July 12, 2015. During our Australia trip we had a chance to taste few unique vegetarian dishes and snacks.
