Monday, 22 October 2012. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as Wates Living Space. We are a Building Contractor working in conjunction with Kirklees Council, and have been appointed to build 14 new homes on the vacant piece of land on Green Mount, Moldgreen,. Friday, 15 March 2013. This week has been very productive with our roofers working through the wind of the first few days to get the felt and battens on and load the tiles out for laying. A couple of weeks will see the roof complete. This will leave our Plumber to fit the Gutters and Rain Water Pipes. Blocks 2 and 3.
