This recipe comes from. We cut the proportions in half, but feel free to double it if you think you can eat 4 racks of ribs. 2 racks baby back ribs, 2 - 2.5 lbs each. 4 chunks hickory wood (not chips), soaked in water for several hours. 1 tablespoons sea salt. 2 teaspoons granulated garlic. 2 teaspoons chili powder.
