I’m not sure why I do this, but it’s fun so I keep going. July 21, 2009. On July 11th, I headed down to Chattanooga, TN to compete in the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon. The bike went really well. The course was very hilly but I ended up going fairly fast anyways. I averaged 17.5 mph, 1.5 mph faster than what I train at.
