Gardens, Crafts n More: September 2014
http://gardenscraftsnmore.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Gardens, Crafts n More. Monday, 8 September 2014. You are in my heart Mom. Today my family laid our Mother's ashes to rest with her Mom. Mom had died last January, and we were waiting for a time that all the family could be there. It was a simple, heartfelt farewell. I read the story that to me summed my mothers life up from:. Http:/ ldsparenting.blogspot.ca/2012/09/motherhood-journey-poem.html? I've seen the poem before, but it still broke my heart to read it for Mom for this last time. The children cli...

Gardens, Crafts n More. Wednesday, 27 November 2013. A Warm Thank You Card. One of the first quilt blocks I ever made with my sister was a Maltese Flower Cross, hand appliqued quilt square we did for a block of the month in the Quadra Island Quilters group we belong to. I thought it made a very festive looking block that using Christmas colors would fit right into being a Christmas thank you card! Here is where I got the inspiration! Cross the green stems, corner to corner and centered…. Arrange the gold...

Gardens, Crafts n More: October 2013
http://gardenscraftsnmore.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Gardens, Crafts n More. Wednesday, 30 October 2013. Ah, A Ginger Bread Man Card! I chose to do a simple card for the Christmas at Home theme…. what says Christmas at home better than the smell of cookies and gingerbread men? I found it at their Etsy shop. I simply chose the phrase I wanted, print and cut it out to glue on the card. Sometimes it is just easier and more time efficient to buy something like that. Hope you like it! What is your favorite thing to do at Christmas? Labels: Card a Day Blog.

Gardens, Crafts n More: September 2013
http://gardenscraftsnmore.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Gardens, Crafts n More. Tuesday, 24 September 2013. Anyway, here are almost all of the pictures that I took in Venice. A view of the Grand Canal. One of the many small canals. I wish I would have got a different angle of this street light. It was a dragon like creature holding two umbrellas that formed a globe around the lamp. And my favorite picture, which is not scenery at all. This image greeted me when I lifted the lid at one restaurant we visited in Venice :-) It definitely made me smile :-). We saw...

Gardens, Crafts n More: August 2013
http://gardenscraftsnmore.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Gardens, Crafts n More. Monday, 26 August 2013. With Faith We Bring HIM Joy! I opted to make the card as a print and cut with my Silhouette… one way to make a nice looking card with one sheet of paper (well, two in this case as the picture below is just the pieces for the card front, not the card base). And with a little bit of dimensional tape, voila! Labels: Card a Day Blog. Sunday, 18 August 2013. I think you might have to also create a profile with yahoogroups. Hopefully things will be back to normal...
