Monday, April 29, 2013. Missing My 6 O'Clock Baby (And Mommy.). Five weeks came and went. I anticipated it for many months and now it is over and in its place are so many memories that I will hold in my heart forever. I got to be there for a lot of "Firsts", but realize now that I will most likely miss more of them than I get to participate in.so it goes when we are so far apart. That, however, will not make those "firsts" any less significant in my eyes as a YaYa. Except that I LOVE it! I like to think ...

Letters To My Daughter: It's Days Like Today...
http://letterstomydaughter-barbara.blogspot.com/2014/06/its-days-like-today.html
Saturday, June 7, 2014. It's Days Like Today. It's days like today that I wish you were here to just mindlessly chat with me about nothing of importance. To sit and read magazines or perhaps start a craft project together that we would set aside and never finish. Just your presence here would make the world right. Did I tell you that I really miss you? I LOVE YOU MORE. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Its Days Like Today. BLOG DESIGN BY © 2012 DESIGNS BY KASSIE.

Monday, July 27, 2015. One and half cans of paint and four hours later. Thanks MissLyney for helping. The below pictures are all before shots. Before, very dark paint and one accent wall, that was leftover from my daugher's high-school days. Yes, yes popcorn ceiling removal is on the "list". It has started, just has not made it to this room. Notice the overload of sports items, hubby says must stay,. OK, most will stay, but the items will be re-distributed. Sneak peek at the new color! Upon driving away from the airport this morning, I have come to terms that putting you on a plane back to Ohio, over 1200 miles away, will never get easier over time. I am going to miss not getting to sit with you each morning and sip hot tea and coffee. I am going to miss seeing that big belly of yours grow bigger each day (I think it grew more in the time you were here! OKI am REALLY going to just miss EVERYTHING about you.

Thursday, January 31, 2013. A Sneak Peek Of Baby Holli's Furniture. I has been busy around here with Mam-Maw being hospitalized and me starting to finalize the details on Ryan and Allison's engagement party. Dad, however, has stayed focused on making Holli's baby furniture. AND, he has given me permission to actually give a little "Sneak Peek" of his progress. Here's a shot of two of the pieces; the chest of drawers and dressing table. Up close shot of dresser. Up close shot of dressing table. I really d...
