Howard graduated from the Toronto School of the Alexander Technique in 1999 and has been an assistant at the school for the past 8 years. He is also a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA. 1963, LLB. 1966). Howard has been very active in delivering lectures and demonstrations on the Alexander Technique throughout Southern Ontario and has written numerous articles on the Technique for Vitality and Prime Time magazines.
