Walk tall even if its only the length of a corridor at work. Take a break every twenty minutes if on the computer. Check that your car seat fits you especially if stiff after journeys. Do a shoulder shrug every hour. Check that your alignment is correct when exercising, especially if using weights. Thinking of getting fit?
