Perusing PCV: February 2012
http://perusingpcv.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
My Site and Work. Friday, February 24, 2012. Order in the Disorder. That is, I am back in Monsefú. After visiting my other home, Washington DC! It was obviously a much anticipated visit and I can't even begin to explain how wonderful it was to see my family and friends in the flesh. I was particularly touched by family and friends that traveled from New York, Richmond, Charlottesville, and San Francisco. Nothing can keep us apart for long. So, I of course got the question "is it weird to be back? The hig...

A Case for Living: September 2014
http://amandamrodgers.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
A Case for Living. Thoughts, dreams, nightmares, and schemes. Friday, September 19, 2014. The Hula Hoop Diaries. Life throws some weird curve balls. Sometimes that curve ball is injuring yourself to the point of not being able to exercise using your arms or legs. In need of ideas I turned to my peers, AKA, Facebook. http://amandamrodgers.blogspot.com/2014/01/coming-back.html

And then you read a post that was from 2010. I've been messing with this blog, changing the template, changing this and that, and deleted a bunch of old posts. I guess in the deleting of old posts it notified followers that I wrote a new post? Lies, all lies. But I am rebooting this old blog. Things are just still in process.

A Case for Living. Thoughts, dreams, nightmares, and schemes. Saturday, January 30, 2010. The fruits of our labor. When I was living in Granada, I experienced something I was not used to growing up in a high mountain desert area in Central Idaho; an abundance of fruit. Not just fruit in the super mercados or street markets, but also as part of the vegetation. Oranges were especially abundant. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. A Case for Living: The Graveyard
http://amandamrodgers.blogspot.com/2014/06/the-graveyard.html
A Case for Living. Thoughts, dreams, nightmares, and schemes. Thursday, June 26, 2014. I've never had a problem with cemeteries. They're quiet, peaceful, and filled with interesting headstone designs. In fact, I like to make a point of visiting and walking around graveyards. Graveyard shifts, on the other hand, I'm not so sure about. That is, until this weekend when I work my first graveyard shift in the ER. It ends up, the origins of the term are pretty unclear, and while it has been used for centuries,...
