Then I take to the skies for 14 hours and then another 2 hours from Michigan. This trip has made me thankful to be returning tomorrow. I won't worry about what my food is. I'm in fat pants AGAIN? January 21, 2013. Weight loss has been slow. It doesn't help that I bought Family Digestive biscuits. those things are my Kryptonite. I have no idea why I bought them, I'll tell you it was for the kids but I've had twice as many as they have. It definitely helps when you have a friend with similar goals to stay on track.
