It's a great day. Thursday, July 26, 2012. Life used to seem so simple. When I was a little girl:. I LOVED to get dirty.sand, mud, whatever! I threw fits if I had to wear pants. I did NOT like my hair brushed. I loved just being with my family. Just hearing my brother laugh made me laugh. I hated to be tickled. I loved spending time with my Mom. I remember sitting in the nurses office at school just hoping that I would have a fever or throw up just so I could go home to be with my Mom). I Love my sister.

It's a great day. Thursday, August 9, 2012. We recently returned from a week-long vacation! We had a MaRvElOuS time! Our first stop was in Indiana with some relatives that we didn't really know until just recently (we knew of them but just never really spent much time together) They welcomed us into their house in the wee hours of the night and served us up a wonderful breakfast the next morning! It's a great day. Friday, April 29, 2011. Today we (me and the kids) went garage sale-ing with my sister. It was quite fun! We searched out the sales we wanted to hit up and wham-o! It's a great day. Thursday, June 30, 2011. She makes me smile :o). Monday, June 27, 2011. Today is post-op day 6! We are almost half way! The doctor said 14 days of recovery which encompasses light activity and monitored diet. Eli continues to do really pretty good about every other day. I think that is due to maybe eating more and just plain over-doing it on those good days. He is SOOO ready to be better so he can run, jump, growl, yell, etc. - everything boys are made to do! Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Tate's Last Day of Preschool! Today was Tate's last day of preschool! Next year he will attend PreK at the same school. He will go everyday in the morning. Tate never did well at homeschooling, which is why we enrolled him preschool, and I wasn't sure if he would even do well with a "real" teacher.but he has excelled and grown so much in the last 10 months! At the beginning of the year he didn't' know (or acted like he didn't) alphabet letters and he wore 3T clothes.

Monday, July 14, 2014. I mean she turned TWO.oh man how time flies! I feel like I was just in the hospital demanding more pitocin in my IV. But like I said.time flies and it flies when you're having fun and Blakely is FUN! We call her sugar, honey, sweetie pie, baby girl, GLAKE A LEE, and so much more! She is TWO feet ELEVEN inches tall (95%). She is TWENTY-NINE pounds (90%). She is nothing but spunk and skippity hops! She sleeps great (8pm-8/9am) with an afternoon nap (1pm-4/5pm). Always yelled), DA!

Happy Birthday Tate Richard Lafrenz.and as the nurse at the hospital pointed out, we doomed Tate to be called TateR his whole life, not realizing his middle name completed the infamous nickname! He only allows certain people to call him Tater.that's because when he is in trouble mom hollers "TAT-ER! I think only grandparents are allowed to address him as Tater.if someone else calls him that he gets mad. Here are some character traits of Tate:. Very caring and gentle with Blakely.
