Grab a Cup…. Week 18 and New Insight. Small But I’ll Take It! February 10, 2016. Week 19 weigh-in is at 155.4 lbs., which is a loss of .6 lbs. and an overall loss of 10.6 lbs. Not a huge loss, but at least it’s moving in the right direction! I’m still struggling with motivation and staying focused. I had some great days and some days that could have been better. If nothing else, I have that as an accomplishment. My weight came in at 151.6 lbs, down 1.6 lbs for the week. That’s a total loss of 16.4 lbs. I weighed in this week at 150.4 lbs., a gain of 0.2 lbs., over loss 17.6 lbs. Could I have done better? Sure Could I have done worse? Grab a Cup…. Week 8 – Shouldn’t They Be Noticing? Eating on the Internet →. Weeks 9 and 10 – Ups and Downs. December 8, 2015. Weeks 9 and 10 weren’t losing weeks, but I’m still going. My weight this week came in at 154.2 lbs, so that’s Week 9 1.2 lbs., Week 10 1.4 lbs., total overall loss 13.8 lbs. So the great news it that on Thanksgiving Day people finally noticed – yay! The holidays have been good, a challenge for keeping on track, I haven’t been perfect, but I’m okay. For Week 12 I weighed in at 148.4, a loss of 2.8 lbs., and Week 13 I weighed in at 150.2, a gain of 1.8 lbs. So I’m back to starting this week at 150.2, overall loss 17.8 lbs.
