Monday, June 23, 2008. I was able to take the kids to Hunting Island for the day and we had a blast! We brought lunch and ate in the picnic area near the lighthouse. Afterwards we went swimming, digging, and hunting for shells. The boys also came up with a fun game. It was called: sling mud at each other until we get it in our eyes. Fun for them, NOT fun for me! Wow, your kids are so beautiful. But don't tell Nate and Jace I called them that :). Sara has such pretty eyes! What a fun day at the beach!

Thursday, November 29, 2007. Nate the Funny Man. I needed a headshot of Nate for a Christmas project I was doing, and this is what I got! We celebrated Thanksgiving with our friends, the Wombough's. After slaving in the kitchen all day long and cleaning my house like mad, we had a nice late dinner. We tried deep fried turkey this year, and it was delicious! I think we might stick with the deep fried turkey from now on! Jayson, Jace, Jessica, Drew, Nate. Christina, and the rest of us! I am Thankful For.

Friday, October 24, 2008. Have been playing piano for 2 or 3 months now, and I have been so impressed with how quickly they have learned something new! They both have taken so well to playing and are very consistent with practicing (I do nudge them a bit in that direction at times). Their skills are improving all of the time. So my boys have been such an inspiration to me with their willingness to learn something new, that I have decided to do the same. My fingers don't hurt. I may be slow but at least.
