Those days where anything seems possible so you ask your self “why not? So why not run a full marathon? I guess you could say we didn’t have an answer. Courage, we had a lot of that. Some days a lot less then the day before and each other, partners in crime, mother and daughter. What could go wrong? 8221; questions and challenge each other.

Well that big (7) mile run is here and gone and today my body actually wants to run, entering our fourth week training and it’s about time! This next week I will be focusing on more consistency with my running as it’s a short run week before another big push the next week. Because we deserve it and we are all worth it. Let’s be honest. Because, you know, I’ve been working too hard…on my summer vacation (Don’t hate! My mom and I try to go away for a few days every summer and our destination for this year was Cape Cod.
