Friday, October 31, 2014. I plan to continue blogging more regularly, but I'm moving on to a new challenge for November. I am going to exercise everyday. I really need to get in that habit. This thirty day challenge has proved difficult but doable. there's something about having a definite time frame to focus on. so I have gained confidence in my ability to "stick to it" at least for a month. Part of me believes that a messy (not daily messy but chronic chaos) contributes to some of my migraines. Seriously. I saw an article on this once and I agreed with it 100%. I had quite a pile from two large shelves, and I still need to purge a bit more on the religion shelf and kid book shelf. This is what I have for now.
