I got a medal…. May 17, 2015. Woop woop, I have a medal! But first… this is how it all started today:. First of all, I cocked up by putting the transfer on my leg on the wrong way up, ending up with 869 – a rookie mistake. Mr Shespoke then put my right arm one on wrong, so I had to get the numbers written on! I took my box, which I had all packed and rehearsed last night, and found my station – 98 – in transition. May 16, 2015. Last week was a struggle… you can tell by the fact it’s now Saturday and I’m two weeks behind writing my blog…. My schedule for week 5/6 looked like this:. Tues: 6.5km run. Weds: Swim 16 lengths then bike 15 miles. Sat: Brick – 15 miles bike, 6.5 km run. In reality, Tuesday night came and went: ‘I’m tired, I am taking another night off’. The UK’s first city-wide electric bike scheme has been launched in Exeter. The “Co-bikes” are currently available from five sites in Exeter, including the central train station, the university and Sowton Park and Ride.
