Easy Promoter Prediction Program (EP3). EP3 is a tool for the identification of the core region of a eukaryotic gene promoter. It uses universal properties of the promoter to detect those regions in a whole genome context. EP3 has been tested on several eukaryotes ranging from protists to human. On human it is, at the moment, the best performing tool to identify regions that are associated with transcription initiation. EP3 requires no training is is applicable to all eukaryotic genomes.

خوب در این مدتی که من منتظر ویزا هستم، بهترین موقعیت خواهد بود برای این که اطلاعاتی در مورد چگونگی اپلای کردن برای مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی در دانشگاه های خارج از کشور در اینجا بنویسم. من سعی می کنم با ارجاع دادن مطالب کلی به سایت های موجود از گفتن مطالب کلی بپرهیزم و بیشتر به زمینه کاری رشته خودم، یعنی آمار، آمار زیستی و بیوانفورماتیک بپردازم. و همچنین تجربیات شخصی خودم و در ارتباط با روند انجام کارهای مختلف برای گرفتن پذیرش و همچنین مراحل بعد از اون و در اینجا درج کنم. 6- پیگیری جهت اطلاع از نتیجه کار.
