Zones of high value video content remain scarce. Using well known video platforms and attempting to coral content into meaningful branded areas still means that your brand is diluted by the platforms' own branding and at worst assumes an occluded position in the lost caverns of content. Some common sense thoughts and observations. Thursday, 26 May 2011. Dropbox beyond the marketing patina. Yes DropBox is easy to use, but then so is a chainsaw. However, it is obvious that a chainsaw is unsafe when safety precautions are unheeded and its fitness for purpose is ignored. How diligent are we? Do we have a plan or a simple set of questions we ask ourselves when it comes to using a service that moves or stores data? There shouldn't be a trade off between keeping it simple and keeping it secure.
