It's probably not surprising that our food allergies have effected our lifestyle in whole myriad of ways, but after 10 months I am finally feeling like I have a handle on things. Turns out cooking gluten free, egg free, dairy free etc. doesn't have to be taste free! Meal planning doesn't really stress me out like it used to. We have a huge file of awesome recipes that are not only allergy friendly, they're also insanely good! Yessiree, it seems I finally have a handle on life.
