Day 128 – Making progress. 5 months – well, almost. April 28, 2012. It’s been almost 5 months since my initial surgery and I’m doing fine! I’m going to Disney in a few days and also on a Disney cruise ship so I’m hoping I’ll be able to walk around the parks and ship. I’ll bring lots of Advil just in case! If that doesn’t motivate me to get moving, nothing will! Thanks for following me on this journey! I feel like it’s almost over – well for this foot at least! This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

I measured around the ball of my foot and it was a good 1/2 inch bigger around. That may not sound like much but it is when you are trying to get into a sneaker! They were very tight! Monday, April 15, 2013. Hi all. I did a two day volunteering thing this past weekend. I was on my feet an insane amount of time. I got a wTer blister. I wore cowboy boots the first day, 8hrs. I wore foam flip-flops the second day, 18hrs. This pic is after all that was over and I removed the top skin. It wasn't full of water.
