Brewing with a Student. November 5, 2012. I really do enjoy drinking fruit juice, and a particular favourite of mine is blueberry juice. Though with its sweetness, I thought it could be good to make some wine out of, and I tried to find some blueberry wine in various shops over a few months and couldn’t find any, so I though I may as well give it a go. It’s been a while since I’ve updated this, mainly because I haven’t been all grain brewing whilst at university this year, due to lack of space to keep my mash tun, hot liquor tank, kettle along with the fermenter and secondary barrel, so I’ve just been doing ‘kit and kilo’ extract brewing for a good few months. So, this is my first attempt at an all grain wheat beer, I’ve done an extract kit of a wheat beer before. 5g S33 Safbrew yeast.
