I'm so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends. I've spent the rest of the week hanging out with friends or family. Finished packing up my suitcases yesterday, it was hard to fit all my clothes in my tiny closet but it worked. So far it has been great to be back home but it has also made me realize how good some of the things were back in Arizona. The things I miss the most are my american family, the dog, friends, speaking english and food (both my mom's and some reastaurants). End of my exchange.

End of my exchange. Yesterday I went bowling and laser tagging with some friends from school; Austin, Rihanna, Nicole and Keaton. It was fun but sad to have to say goodbye. And my bowling skills have definitely not improved over my year in America that's for sure haha! Tuesday through Friday this week have mostly been spent packing and cleaning. I finally fit everything in my three suitcases, and trust me it was almost impossible, but mission completed! Sweden here we come! Posted by Caroline Harvey.

Today is halloween, which is celebrated a lot more here than in Sweden! Not much happened at school though except from a few people who dressed up. Later I went with some friends trick or treating:D that was fun! So different here, almost everybody sat in front of their houses with a big bowl of candies. X-mas and Las Vegas. I celebrated the American Christmas on Christmas day, like Americans do. We started with a good big breakfast with croissants, different fruits, bread, cheese, egg, bacon, champagne and coffee. Delicious! After breakfast it was time to get ready - we dressed up nice and finished the food we were gonna bring to Celeste and Marcus (were we had our christmas dinner). Last Thursday there were exactly 100 days left of my exchange, 100 days until I'll be back in Sweden. Such a short time! Today I have 95 days left, time goes so fast, it's crazy! Mixed feeling about that. Friday night I went to the schools talent show. Around 20 students performed. They were singing, dancing or playing an instrument. Funny to watch! Went to san Francisco last weekend to take the dog, she is now staying with Joe (my host brother who lives in San Francisco) over the summer as my parents are moving to Florida. We left early Friday morning and drove for 12 hours, long drive but went by fast. We had a good dinner at Joe's place and Chianti (the dog) seem happy to see her new home! For dinner we ordered some awesome pizza and then said goodbye to our lovely little dog. :(. Me, Joe, Chloe (his girlfriend). My american parents :).

Utbytesstudent i Louisville, KY, USA 12/13. I helgen som var hade YFUs sitt hemkomstläger. Det var så sjukligt roligt och intressant! Jag är så himla glad att jag valde YFU som min organisation. Lägrets upplägg påminde om det obligatoriska lägret som var i juni 2012. Det lägret var kul, det här lägret var fantastiskt! I juni hade vi varit ca 100 utbytesstudenter, nu var vi bara ca 50 - men ändå så sjukt bra. YFU-gänget (både utbytesstudenter och ledare) är alla superhärliga människor! YFU - summary part 2.
